Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process and a device for reducing the consumption of cold-rolling acid. A final section acid tank and a pre-rinse tank are integrated, such that the pre-rinse water and acid spun out by a squeeze roller can be directly reused, and acid consumption per ton of steel can be greatly reduced when there is an acid regeneration station. Furthermore, low-concentration rinsing wastewater is first collected to an acid mist purification system to purify and absorb acid mist, and the generated wastewater is directly discharged to a wastewater treatment station, thereby avoiding transfer from the acid regeneration station and also reducing the water consumption for acid mist absorption.
