Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for the dry gasification of a mixed light hydrocarbon to fuel gas without residual liquid, which comprises the following steps: (1) filtering the liquid hydrocarbon with boiling range of $m(F)80 �C through a 120 mesh filter; (2) atomizing the filtered liquid hydrocarbon at a certain pressure, and quich gasifying it to obtain a pressured fuel gas after heat exchanging through a heat exchanger; (3) mixing the gasified hydrocarbon with pressured air in a mixing chamber; and (4) delivering. The advantages of the process are that the feedstock for gasifying is light hydrocarbon, and heat value of mixed fuel gas is 6000-14000 kcal/m?3� which is twice than that of civil coal gas.
