Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for dyeing and finishing a light nylon woven fabric, comprising the following steps: pretreatment, presetting, dyeing, cooling cleaning, finishing after thermoforming, and testing, rolling and packing. The present invention overcomes defects of the process of nylon fabric dyeing and finishing in the prior art, such as relatively poor dyeing reproducibility and colour fastness, as well as damage to the elasticity and strength of nylon under high temperature conditions. The fabric has a high strength, a good elasticity and stable dimensions, is stiff and smooth, and has the feel of wool, a rich texture, a soft gloss and a good colour fastness.
