Abstract:
The proposed process for the electrophysical treatment of a gaseous medium involves the following steps: a voltage is applied to the ionising electrodes (6); the electrodes are made to act on the gaseous medium; and the electrical charges within the gaseous medium are redistributed. The supply voltage is generated in the form of alternating pulses of negative and positive polarity or as ripple voltages. Redistribution of the electrical charges in the gaseous medium involves the forcible displacement of the contained volume of untreated medium into the treatment volume and displacement of its volume into the volume occupied by gaseous medium for subsequent use. All the volumes are disposed in space in such a way that they can be dispersed or colocated in space in any desired way. The proposed process involves the complex optimisation of electrical and functional parameters of the treatment process. The proposed device for the electrophysical treatment of a gaseous medium comprises: an electrical power source, a power transformer (1) provided with rectifiers (2), pulse generators (3), voltage transformers (4) and multipliers (5), connected to the electrode system (7) which causes the conglomerates to move and ensures the action and redistribution of the electrical charges, as well as ensuring that treated medium is transferred to the volume for subsequent use and the contained volume of untreated medium is transferred to the treatment volume. The power transformer (1) takes the form of p spatially separated units. The proposed device has p1 feedback nodes (8, 9, 10, 11, 12).
