Abstract:
A solid fuel (11) containing carbonized waste and plastics is obtained by subjecting waste (1) to pyrolysis in a pyrolysis furnace (2), subjecting the obtained carbonized waste (3) to size reduction in a comminutor (4), humidity-conditioning the resulting carbonized waster in a humidity conditioner (5) to adjust the water content to 10 to 40%, crushing the humidity -conditioned carbonized waste (3a)together with waste plastics (7) and waste paper (8) under mixing in a crusher (9) to form a homogeneous fragment mixture (10) by utilizing the adhesive and dispersing properties of the size-reduced and humidity -conditioned carbonized waster(3a), compression-molding the fragment mixture (10) containing the humidity-conditioned carbonized waste (3a), and cooling and drying the obtained compression moldings (11a) in an aging/storage zone (18).
