Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for finishing a knitted fabric, the process comprising the following steps: 1-5 parts by mass of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 3 parts by mass of a guanidine-based antibacterial agent, 5 parts by mass of a polyoxyethylene polyamine and 2 parts by mass of nanoscale magnesium hydroxide are put into 20-50 parts by mass of deionized water, mixed, and stirred uniformly; then, 1 part by mass of a sorbitan fatty acid ester, 2 parts by mass of a Schizonepeta volatile oil, 3 parts by mass of tetrakis (hydroxymethyl) phosphonium chloride and 1 part by mass of aloe emodin are slowly added thereto, and same is continuously stirred until fully mixed and uniform to prepare a finishing solution; and then, same is subjected to an antibacterial treatment. By means of the process for post-finishing a knitted hat fabric of the present invention, the fabric finished thereby has excellent flame retardant, antibacterial, anti-wrinkling and anti-static properties, and has a strong washing resistance. The antibacterial properties of the fabric can be improved, and same has a good antibacterial effect and a long service life.
