Abstract:
A process for in-situ leaching of ion-adsorption rare earth by liquid injection comprises setting up a liquid injection network having liquid injection shallow wells and liquid injection deep wells distributed at intervals; during the liquid injection, a procedure is employed in which the liquid injection is carried out in the liquid injection shallow wells first, then in the liquid injection deep wells, and finally underscreen water injection is carried out in both the liquid injection shallow wells and the liquid injection deep wells together. This process has a high rare earth mineral leaching rate, is simple in operation, has a wide application range, and has outstanding effects in terms of environmental protection; at the same time it solves the problems of blind-area occurrence during mineral-leaching and poor slope stability during liquid injection, while enabling control of flow direction and flow rate of the mineral-leaching agent, and of the intensity of the liquid injection.
