Abstract:
The present application discloses a process and an industrialized production device for co-production of environmentally friendly insulating gases. The co-production process comprises: 1) conducting a contact reaction of oxygen and HFP in a first fixed-bed reactor in the presence of a catalyst or without a catalyst; 2) mixing a gas obtained after gas products flowing out of the first fixed-bed reactor pass through a gas-liquid separator with HFP, and feeding the mixture into a second fixed-bed reactor, and conducting a contact reaction on the mixture in the fixed-bed reactor under the action of a catalyst; and 3) separating a C5 product and a C4 product from effluents from the second fixed-bed reactor. The present application begins with inexpensive raw materials, perfluorinated propylene and oxygen, and realizes co-production of two novel environmentally friendly insulating gases with an atom economy of 80-90%, and can significantly reduce production costs and reduce discharge of solid, liquid and gaseous waste during the production process.
