Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of reflective materials, and specifically relates to a process for manufacturing a directional reflective film, the process comprising mold pressing processing, mold closing and injection molding, hot-press shaping, and hardening and coating, wherein the mold frame used comprises a supporting shell, a swing rod and a controller. Due to a mutual contact state between the surfaces of a cubic pyramid formed by the combination of sheets affecting the precision of the cubic pyramid surfaces, the temperature change of a mold during injection molding needs to be accurately controlled; otherwise, the quality of the injection molded reflective film is reduced. According to the present invention, the procedure process of the reflective film injection mold is controlled by using the arranged mold frame, and the vibration of the supporting shell is driven by means of the swing rod, such that the distribution state of polyester plastics inside the mold cavity is balanced and the overall flatness of the cubic pyramid formed by the combination of the sheets is maintained; and by using the wrapping state of the supporting shell for the mold, the temperature state thereof is precisely controlled under the action of the supporting shell at the bottom of the mold, which meets the temperature regulation requirements in the manufacturing procedure of the reflective film, thus improving the operation effect of the process for manufacturing the directional reflective film.
