Abstract:

A laminate steel sheet as a raw material has a tensile strength measured after forming realizing an equivalent strain, ε eq, of 1.6, TS, of 800 MPa or below, and satisfies the relationship 0.25≤tb/to wherein tb is the sheet thickness at rupture portion end face after tensile rupture and to is the sheet thickness before tensile rupture. In the shaping thereof, forming operation is carried out so as to satisfy the formulae: 1.5≤h/(R-r), 2.8≤R/r1 and 1.1≤r2/r1 wherein h: height from can bottom to apical end portion of opening, r: external radius of can barrel, R: radius of circular blank before forming whose weight is equivalent to that of final formed can, r1: external radius of apical end portion of opening, and r2: external radius of bead portion.
