Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a process for manufacturing an embossed substrate film for a release film. The process comprises the following steps: adding high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, a styrene and butadiene block copolymer, paraffin, glycerol, POE polyolefin elastomer and a coupling agent into a stirrer for stirring; heating and bridging the mixture by double screws at the feed inlet of a laminating machine to obtain a molten mixture; further heating the molten mixture at the feed screws again so as to obtain a fluid-like mixture; heating the fluid-like mixture to 260-280 ℃ at the screw outlet again and extruding the mixture into cloth-like shape, installing a polyester film layer onto the unreeling shaft of the laminating machine, and forming an embossed pattern region on the surface of the lamination coating layer opposite the polyester film layer. The mesh lines of the embossed substrate film obtained by the present invention have clear embossing, uniform depth and uniform distribution lines; bubbles are prevented from being generated between the formed embossed laminated release paper and pressure-sensitive adhesive when the embossed laminated release paper and the pressure-sensitive adhesive are attached; and thus the use effect is not affected.
