Abstract:
A master for injection needle is prepared (S1), and is fitted in a master receiving holder
(S2). Subsequently, by electroforming treatment, an electroforming metal
is attached to the master for injection needle (S3). Finally, the master for injection
needle together with the master receiving holder is lifted from the electroforming
bath, and the electroforming product being an injection needle body is demounted
from the master for injection needle (S4). The thus manufactured injection needle
has an outside diameter of distal end portion for puncturing of about 0.12 mm,
and is provided with a taper portion where the outside diameter and inside diameter
gradually grow lean from the proximal end portion to the distal end portion for
puncturing.
