Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for manufacturing a new aluminum substrate, comprising a working procedure of forming a nano ceramic insulation coating layer on an aluminum layer by nano ceramic coating after shaping the aluminum layer; the thickness of the nano ceramic insulation coating layer = compression strength of the aluminum substrate/basic compression strength * unit thickness of the nano ceramic insulation coating layer; the unit thickness of the nano ceramic insulation coating layer refers to the thickness of the nano ceramic insulation coating layer corresponding to a pre-determined basic compression strength. In the present invention a nano ceramic insulation coating layer is shaped on the aluminum layer, such that the heat from the conductive layer can directly dissipate by transferring to the aluminum layer from the nano ceramic insulation coating layer, thus the heat conduction effects can be significantly increased; in addition, since the nano ceramic insulation coating layer is achieved by coating, the thickness can be increased according to the actual requirements of compression strength, thus ensuring a sufficient compression strength across the whole aluminum substrate, i.e. ensuring safety.
