Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a super thermal-conductive graphene capsule, comprising the following steps: (1) pre-mixing super thermal-conductive graphene with rubber to prepare pre-dispersed graphene master batch, making the pre-dispersed master batch into a granular or flaky solid by means of a pelletizing or flaking process, mixing the solid into a rubber compound by means of a rubber mixing machine to prepare a super thermal-conductive graphene rubber compound; and (2) extruding, by an extruding machine, the super thermal-conductive graphene rubber compound into a rubber strip with a particular size according to the process; weighing and fixing the length of the super thermal-conductive graphene rubber strip according to the process to prepare a rubber blank, placing the rubber blank into a pressing type capsule mold, closing the mold, and performing pressing, heating and vulcanization to obtain a super thermal-conductive graphene capsule finished product. The present invention has the beneficial effects of greatly improving the thermal conductivity of a vulcanized capsule material and increasing the heat transfer rate, so that the vulcanization efficiency of products is improved.
