Abstract:
Provided is a technical solution of a process method for exchanging a hob and a toothed cutter at atmospheric pressure for use in a composite stratum shield, comprising the following operation steps: step 1: rinsing a blade cylinder (5); step 2: securing an oil cylinder (4); step 3: loosening the blade cylinder bolt; step 4: retracting the oil cylinder and lifting the blade cylinder; step 5: rinsing a gate (26); step 6: closing the gate; step 7: balancing the difference between the pressure inside the gate and the pressure outside the gate; step 8: fully retracting the oil cylinder; step 9: removing the oil cylinder and temporarily storing it; step 10: completely extracting the blade cylinder; step 11: replacing the cutter on the blade cylinder; step 12: installing the blade cylinder.
