Abstract:
The present invention aims to provide a process method for improving the surface smoothness of a combustion turbine blade profile surface, and is capable of improving the smoothness of a blade profile surface without destroying traces formed on the blade profile surface by shot blasting, and is characterized by comprising the following steps: step 1, placing a blade that has been subjected to shot blasting strengthening on a computer numerically controlled six-axis linkage abrasive belt grinder for blades, and using a nylon belt to carry out computer numerically controlled polishing and grinding on a region to be processed of the blade; and step 2, carrying out vibratory finishing on the blade that has been subjected to computer numerically controlled polishing and grinding.
