Abstract:
Provided is a process for preparing ammonium from vanadium-producing ammonia gas and recycling wastewater: directly extracting ammonium metavanadate and ammonium polyvanadate from mining and smelting; in the process of using ammonium metavanadate or ammonium polyvanadate to prepare vanadium pentoxide, using all of the ammonia gas that can be discharged in bundles to make ammonium to ensure zero emission of exhaust gas; and using a polyester (phosphate diester) flocculation technique to effectively treat all of the wastewater produced in the aforementioned process to ensure zero discharge of wastewater and enable recycling, the purity of the product being 99.5-99.99%.
