Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a block of fibred polyurethane/polyisocyanurate foam, in which the expansion of the foam is constrained by the walls of a double-band laminator which forms a tunnel, the block of fibred polyurethane/polyisocyanurate foam being composed of cells which store a gas, advantageously with low thermal conductivity, and having a density less than 50 kg.m-3 with a fibre ratio Tf constituting at least 4% by mass of the fibred foam block, in which the fibre impregnation time ti is less than the cream time tc of the polyurethane/polyisocyanurate foam.
