Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for processing a biobased-material-based memory T400 fabric by means of dyeing and finishing. The process comprises: sequentially, a pretreatment process, a dyeing process and a setting process, wherein the pretreatment process comprises: sequentially, a first open-width desizing process, a cold pad batch process and a second open-width desizing process; a dyeing agent used in the dyeing process is composed of a dyeing aid and a dye that is a disperse dye, a high-temperature high-pressure liquid flow dyeing machine is utilized in the dyeing process for dyeing, and the injection of the dyeing aid and the disperse dye is each started when the temperature of a dyeing vat of the dyeing machine reaches 45℃; and in the setting process, a dyed gray fabric is subjected to a setting treatment by means of a setting machine and by using a setting treatment liquid. The processed fabric has no such defects such as crepe marks and scratched damage and has guaranteed dyeing quality, and the fabric is endowed with better elasticity, memory and additional functional value.
