Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for processing a light-emitting and heating fabric. The light-emitting and heating fabric comprises a base fabric and a light-emitting or heating line. The light-emitting or heating line is connected to the base fabric by a computerized coiling embroidery machine adopting a coiling embroidery process, and the light-emitting or heating line is one of or a combination of more than one of an optical fiber filament, a TPU light-emitting line, an LED string line, a RGB string line, a carbon fiber filament heat-conducting line, a graphene heat-conducting line or a metal heat-conducting line. The processing process uses the computerized embroidery machine to fix the light-emitting or heating line onto the fabric through the coiling embroidery process, has a better fixation effect, a high mechanical working efficiency and a high yield, is easy to mass produce, has greatly reduced production and fabric material costs, has smaller limitations and a higher plasticity, can directly embroider complex patterns, and has good light-emitting and heating effects.
