Abstract:
A process for producing gas hydrate pellets, comprising reacting a raw gas with
a raw water under given temperature and pressure conditions to thereby form a
gas hydrate and shaping the gas hydrate into pellets by means of a pelletizing
machine. The gas hydrate after the formation or during dehydration with moistness
retained is shaped into pellets by means of the pelletizing machine under gas
hydrate forming temperature and forming pressure conditions. Thereafter,
the pellets after the machining are refrigerated to sub-zero temperature by
means of a refrigerating machine.
