Abstract:
A process of producing glass fiber net cover with waste glass fiber net sheet includes the
following steps: cutting the irregular glass fiber net leftover into short glass
fiber material shorter than 20 cm using a crusher, pressing and molding said cutted
leftover in a mold, sintering said molded member inside sintering mold for 2-20
hours after top pressurizing, and packing after solidifying. A net cover produced
by said process comprises an inner ring connecting to the glass fiber net. The
present process and net cover produced by said process have the waste utilized
and is low in production cost and environment friendly.
