Abstract:
A process for producing composite board is disclosed, in which the board is glass
fiber reinforced magnesium cement board. The process includes steps of preparing
MgCl2 solution, mixing and agitating raw materials to obtain slurry,
conveying molds, scratching the slurry, molding, rolling, separating, shelving,
curing, immersing the board into water to remove free MgCl2, cutting,
spraying protecting-paint, and so on. The process is simply operated and can
produce the board with satisfactory quality. The board produced by the process
has advantages of fire proof, water proof, vermin proof, light weight, compression
and bending resistant, high strength, no moss growing, and so on.
