Abstract:
A process for producing high-strength corrugated base paper comprises the following five steps: (1) preparing a pulp;(2) kneading the pulp, in which the pulp concentration is ≥30%, the motor current of the kneader is controlled in the range from 18A to 22A, and the beating degree of the pulp is ≥18°SR; (3) beating and papermaking;(4) glue cooking; (5) double-side sizing. The process can realize the recycle of black liquor and resolve the problem that many materials such as wheat straw, cotton stalk, rice straw and the like are incapable of producing an A-grade high-strength corrugated base paper, and can conserve water resource and reduce environmental pollution.
