Abstract:
A process for producing hydrogen-containing water for drinking is provided with which it is possible to efficiently heighten the concentration of dissolved hydrogen.
The process, which is for continuously producing hydrogen-containing water for drinking, is characterized by comprising (a) a purification step in which water serving as a raw material is filtrated and purified, (b) a deaeration step in which the purified water fed to a deaerator is deaerated, (c) a hydrogen dissolution step in which hydrogen gas is dissolved in the deaerated water fed to a hydrogen dissolver equipped with a gas permeation membrane module, (d) a sterilization step in which the dissolved-hydrogen-containing water fed to a sterilizer is sterilized, (e) a packing step in which the hydrogen-containing water fed to a packing device is packed into a sealed container and the packed water product is sent to a heat sterilizer, and (f) a heat sterilization step in which the water product fed to the heat sterilizer is heated and sterilized, wherein some of the hydrogen-containing water obtained in the step (d) is returned to the deaerator of the step (b) to circulate the water through the steps (b) to (d).
