Abstract:
A process for molded-object production which comprises injection-molding a mixture comprising a polyolefin resin (A) and a polyethylene wax (B) which has a density as measured by the density-gradient tube method in accordance with JIS K7112 of 890-980 (kg/m3) and a number-average molecular weight (Mn) in terms of polyethylene as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) of 500-4,000 and satisfies the relationship represented by B≤0.0075ŒK (B is the content (wt.%) in the polyethylene wax of components having a molecular weight in terms of polyethylene as determined by GPC of 20,000 or higher; and K is the melt viscosity (mPa·s) at 140°C of the polyethylene wax). By the process, resin scorching is prevented and a reduction in cooling time after injection can be attained. Productivity can be improved without impairing moldability. A molding retaining the intact material properties inherent in the resin can be produced.
