Title:
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING OPTICALLY ACTIVE β-AMINO ALDEHYDE COMPOUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/053565
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a novel process for producing an optically active β-amino aldehyde compound from an imine compound. The present invention provides a process for producing an optically active β-amino aldehyde compound (3), which comprises a step of reacting an imine compound (1-1) or a sulfone compound (1-2) with an aldehyde compound (2) in the presence of an optically active pyrrolidine compound. (In the formula, each symbol is as defined in the description.)
