Abstract:
Provided is a process for producing phosphoric acid in a blast furnace, which comprises the following steps: forming a mixture of phosphate ore, carbon, limestone and silica in a desired proportion, smelting the mixture in the blast furnace, recovering phosphorus sludge from exhausted gases of the blast furnace, roasting the phosphorus sludge, and absorbing the resulted P2O5 in a circular manner for producing phosphoric acid. Also provided is an installation for phosphorus sludge roasting and heat recovering, which comprises a fluidized-bed furnace for phosphorus sludge roasting and a vertical natural-circulation boiler with multiple flues for heat recovering.
