Abstract:
This invention provides a process for producing a pulverized product that, even in the case of pulverizing materials having a soft thin film such as cereal grains, can efficiently break the soft thin film for pulverization through simple apparatus and procedure, whereby a pulverized product of fine particles having a uniform particle size can be produced, an apparatus and a pulverized product. A pair of pulverization boards (2, 3) having grinding faces (2a, 3a) on the central part and pulverizing faces (2b, 3b) on the peripheral part are disposed so as to face each other to provide a grinding part (5) and a pulverizing part (6) between the opposing faces. At least one (2) of the pulverizing boards is rotated by a drive unit (M), a material (10) to be pulverized is fed from a raw material feed part (4) into the grinding part. The surface of the fed material grains is ground in the grinding part (5), and, further, the grains are coarsely crushed. The coarsely crushed product is pulverized in the pulverizing part (6), and a pulverized product (20) is taken out of a take-out part (18) in the pulverizing part.
