Title:
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING SOLID PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/050910
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A process for producing crystals of a poorly water-soluble medicinal compound, characterized by mixing a solution of the poorly water-soluble medicinal compound in a good solvent with a nanobubbles-containing water or a nanobubbles-containing aqueous solution to precipitate crystals of the poorly water-soluble medicinal compound. The crystals of a poorly water-soluble medicinal compound which are obtained by the process are in the form of fine particles having a uniform particle diameter distribution, and exhibit excellent absorbability and persistence.
