PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DOMESTIC HOT WATER AND WATER FOR AMBIENT HEATING, AND RELATIVE BOILER SYSTEM

A process for the production of domestic hot water and ambient heating water, comprising the steps of: - drawing cold water from a domestic water tapping circuit (17, 7), - providing a hydraulic circuit combined and exchanging heat with a burner (3), said hydraulic circuit comprising a first branch (19, 20) for the ambient heating water and a second branch (11, 6, 15) for heating the domestic water, parallel to the first branch (19, 20), - storing in a tank (10) which exchanges heat (E) with the second branch (11, 6, 15) a quantity of domestic water drawn from the tapping circuit (17, 7), - heating the water in the hydraulic circuit by means of the burner (3) according to the demand for ambient heating water and/or domestic hot water, - diverting the water in the hydraulic circuit towards the first branch (19, 20) or towards the second branch (11, 6, 15) according to the demand for ambient heating water and/or domestic hot water. The step for heating the water in the hydraulic circuit and/or the diversion step are controlled according to values representative of the domestic water temperature (Tacc, Ts) and/or of the flow rate (P) of the domestic water drawn from the tapping circuit (17, 7).
