Abstract:
A process for producing milk packed in a container, which is characterized by comprising filling milk in an air-impermeable container such as a metallic can, sealing the container, and thermally sterilizing the milk at a temperature ranging from 125 to 135˚C for 0.5 to 5 minutes at a F0 value of 4 or more and a C value of 65 or less while shaking the container.
