Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for the solid heat carrier cyclic dry distillation of a high ash oil slurry, wherein a solid heat carrier is heated in a heating furnace and then flows into a reactor from the lower part; the high ash oil slurry is injected into the reactor from the bottom via steam; the solid heat carrier and the high ash oil slurry are mixed and lifted by means of steam; a dry distillation pyrolysis reaction occurs in the reactor; and after separation by means of a gas-solid separator, oil and gas products and fluidized steam enter a fractionation unit, while ash slag and the heat carrier are returned to the heating furnace for combustion and separation, and the heat carrier again flows into the reactor from the lower part, while ash is discharged from the top and collected. The system completes winnowing separation by utilizing the particle size difference and density difference between a high alumina heat carrier and the ash of the oil slurry, and achieves the aim of circulating the solid heat carrier in the system and discharging the ash slag material to the outside; and distillate oil is used to wash a dry distillation gas in a fractionation tower, thereby purifying a final product.
