PROCESS STRIPPABLE SHEET AND METHOD OF PRODUCING SYNTHETIC LEATHER

It is intended to provide a process strippable sheet for producing a synthetic leather which makes it possible to produce a synthetic leather having a texture with a medium glossiness and has a favorable strippability and a high surface evenness. It is also intended to provide a method of producing a synthetic leather whereby a synthetic leather having a texture with an even medium glossiness can be conveniently produced. Namely, a process strippable sheet to be used in producing a synthetic leather comprising a support and a stripping agent layer that is formed by applying a stripping coating containing a silicone emulsion and a water-soluble resin on the support. The method of producing a synthetic leather as described above comprises the step of forming a leather layer by applying a resin coating for synthetic leathers on the process strippable sheet as described above and the step of stripping off the process strippable sheet from the leather layer of the synthetic leather.
