Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process and system for treating ultra fine powder of steel slag. The steel slag is collected into a steel slag ladle, and the ladle is transported to a tilt-type equipment by a hoisting device; the said tilt-type equipment is started to feed the steel slag into a metallurgy granulator, and the steel slag is granulated into granulated slag by the said granulator; said granulated slag is fed into a drying room by a lifting-transporting belt, in which the steel slag is dried continuously at a temperature of 200 to 300°C for a time of 0.5 to 1 minute with afterheat from steel-making rotary furnace; and the dried granulated slag is transported to a magnetic separator to separate carbon metal granules from non-metallic granules.
