Abstract:
The present invention provides a process treatment method for frequency mixing and sorting of blades, being capable of avoiding a scrapping phenomenon caused due to the overlarge size difference of the blades caused because frequency modification is performed on the blades for satisfying a frequency mixing requirement, and there being no need to increase the number of inputted blades in production. The method comprises the following steps: grouping: dividing the blades into a high-frequency group I and a low-frequency group I; blade body processing: processing the high-frequency group I according to an extreme size capable of increasing the frequency, and processing the low-frequency group I according to an extreme size capable of reducing the frequency; total length preprocessing; frequency prediction: sorting the blades according to frequency measurement data in a descending order, and dividing the blades into a high-frequency group II and a low-frequency group II; total length processing and blade top thinning processing: processing the high-frequency group II according to the extreme size capable of increasing the frequency, and processing the low-frequency group II according to the extreme size capable of reducing the frequency; final frequency measurement: sorting the blades according to the frequency measurement data in the descending order, and dividing the blades into a high-frequency group III and a low-frequency group III; and mounting the high-frequency group III and the low-frequency group III in an adjacent mode according to a high-low frequency order.
