Abstract:
A process for the treatment of residual ready mixed concrete which permits easy
separation and recovery and can bring about a recyclable aggregate and recyclable
fine powder. More specifically, a process for the treatment of residual ready
mixed concrete which comprises the mixing/agitation step (3) of mixing returned
ready mixed concrete and/or ready mixed concrete sludge as residual ready mixed
concrete with a dry aggregate and/or dry fine powder as dry raw material under
agitation to form a mixed raw material (30) through the adhesion of water contained
in the residual ready mixed concrete to the dry raw material and the absorption
thereof by the dry raw material and the classification step (4) of classifying
the mixed raw material (30) into an aggregate and fine powder.
