Abstract:
A processed fresh oyster with shells characterized in that a part in the shell junction part (13) of a fresh oyster with shells (11) is cut off to form a cutout (17) through which the shell junction part (13) can be observed and then a sealing member (18) such as a waterproof tape or a waterproof film being broader than the width of the cutout (17) is externally wound around the shells (12) to thereby seal the cutout (17) in the waterproof state.
