Abstract:
The present invention removes burrs without increasing the length of the processing line between the cutting device and the polishing device and prevents abnormal wear of the grindstone due to burr removal in the polishing device. A pair of gripping members (60) for gripping a workpiece shaft (W1) and a burr removal tool (35) for removing burrs from the workpiece shaft (W1) gripped by said pair of gripping members (60) are disposed below a pair of guide rails (17). The burr removal tool (35) has a depression (42) such that the opening of said depression (42) faces the end face of the other end of the shaft (W1) of the workpiece (W) and is configured to rotate centered on the shaft center of the depression (42) while being displaceable in the direction in which the depression (42) shaft center extends. Moreover, the inner circumferential surface (42a) of the depression is formed so that the diameter decreases from the open end of the depression (42) toward the inside of the depression (42) and a cutting edge (46a) is provided on the inner circumferential surface (42a) of the depression.
