Abstract:
This processing authority transfer system comprises a first terminal and a processing execution subject. The first terminal holds a first certificate that is based on biological information of a mandator of processing, and that indicates an execution condition and execution content for the processing and an identifier of a transferee of the authority for executing the processing. The execution subject transmits, to the first terminal, an identifier of said execution subject and information indicating whether the execution condition has been satisfied. When determining that, on the basis of said information having been received from the execution subject in a first certificate verification, there is an execution subject which has transmitted information indicating that the execution condition has been satisfied, the first terminal determines whether the identifier of said execution subject coincides with the identifier indicated by the first certificate, and performs transfer of the authority of the processing indicated by the execution content to the execution subject on the basis of a result of the first certificate verification.
