Abstract:
A processing cartridge (1) comprises a powder cylinder (2) for containing carbon powder, a sliding element (5) which can slide freely in the powder cylinder (2), and a sliding element retaining mechanism. The powder cylinder (2) has a draining portion (3) with an outlet (31). The draining portion (3) has an inner element（4）with a powder feeding port（41）facing the outlet (31). A certain space is formed between the draining portion (3) and the inner element (4) so that the sliding element (5) can slide in the space. When the processing cartridge (1) is in use, the sliding element (5) is moved by external force for opening the outlet (31). When the processing cartridge (1) is not in use, the sliding element (5) is moved by the retaining mechanism for closing the outlet (31). Due to the resealing effect of the inner element (4), the leak of the carbon powder, which is caused by the presence of a gap between the sliding element (5) and the draining portion (3), is prevented.
