Abstract:
A processing device and method based on a 3D printing technology. The processing device comprises: a frame, an injection unit, a forming unit, and the like. According to the present application, a blind hole or a flow passage of a 3D printed product can be filled with molten polymer filler, so as to improve the overall intensity of the 3D printed product. Moreover, also disclosed is a 3D printed product having a mortise-and-tenon mechanical engagement structure. The 3D printed product having a mortise-and-tenon mechanical engagement structure has higher tensile strength, higher shear strength, and better quality. Furthermore, by using the principle of bonding polymer products in a molten state, the problem in the prior art of wrap deformation of a product due to an excessive temperature difference between the product and the environment during 3D printing is effectively solved, 3D printing processes of a cantilever structure made of a polymer-based metal composite material are optimized, construction processes of a support structure are reduced, consumable items required for constructing the support structure are reduced, and the printed surface quality of the 3D printed product, i.e., the cantilever structure, is optimized.
