Abstract:
Disclosed is a processing line for round timber, comprising a conveying device (1) for feeding, a flipping device (2) for centring the round timber in a rotating manner, a bottom bark planing device (3) for planing the bottom of the round timber, a round timber cutting saw (4) for cutting the round timber in the axial direction of the round timber, and a board sorting device (5) for sorting middle timber boards and edge timber boards of the round timber, wherein the conveying device, the flipping device, the bottom bark planing device, the round timber cutting saw and the board sorting device are sequentially arranged in the advancing direction of round timber processing; and the board sorting device (5) further comprises a first automatic feeding device (6) for conveying the middle timber boards and a second automatic feeding device (7) for conveying the edge timber boards, the first automatic feeding device and the second automatic feeding device being arranged on two sides of the timber sorting device, and timber squaring saws (8, 9) for cutting the timber boards again are arranged at the outlet of the first automatic feeding device (6) and the outlet of the second automatic feeding device (7).
