Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a processing machine line with which work inside processing chambers can be easily performed. The present invention is provided with: a plurality of processing modules (3) for performing prescribed processing on workpieces; and a workpiece conveyance device (4) for transferring the workpieces between the processing modules (3). A front cover (7) surrounding the workpiece conveyance device (4) is provided to the front of an external cover (6) surrounding the processing modules (3). The front cover (7) is vertically divided by an upper cover (31) and a lower cover (32). The upper cover (31) is displaceably supported at a processing-unit side of the processing modules (3). The lower cover (32) is capable of being attached and detached from the processing-unit side.
