Provided are a processing method, device, and apparatus for a traveling duration of a navigation route, and computer storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring turning signs of target intersections in a current region and on a navigation route requested by a user, and acquiring a request period of the navigation request of the user (100); determining, according to the request period, the turning signs of the target intersections, a predetermined turning probability database, and a predetermined waiting duration of each instance of turning, a time cost for the user to cross each of the target intersections (101); and determining, according to time costs of road segments of the navigation route and the time cost of crossing the target intersections of the navigation route, a traveling duration of the navigation route for the user (102). The method of the present invention enables accurate determination of a time cost for each target intersection on a navigation route, thus enabling highly accurate traveling duration determination of the navigation route.
