Disclosed are a processing method for a flue gas and air duct measurement section (1), and a flue gas and air duct measurement section. The processing method for the flue gas and air duct measurement section comprises the following steps: preparing a flue gas and air duct, wherein the flue gas and air duct comprises a bent pipeline (11) and a straight pipeline (13); preparing a measurement pipeline (12), and connecting the measurement pipeline between the bent pipeline and the straight pipeline, wherein the radial size of the inner wall surface of the measurement pipeline is gradually increased in a direction from the straight pipeline to the bent pipeline; and using one end of the bent pipeline as an air inlet, and using one end of the straight pipeline as an air outlet. The flue gas and air duct measurement section obtained according to the processing method for the flue gas and air duct measurement section is small in internal gas disturbance amplitude and high in measurement precision.
