Abstract:
Disclosed is a processing method for producing 3-hydroxybutanone by means of using wheat B starch, which belongs to the technical field of deep processing of agricultural products. The specific process method comprises: preparing sugar from wheat B starch to obtain a starch sugar solution, preparing a fermentation culture medium by taking the starch sugar solution as a raw material, inoculating a 3-hydroxybutanone production strain into the fermentation culture medium, and carrying out fermentation production to obtain 3-hydroxybutanone. Using the above-mentioned process method, not only can the production cost of 3-hydroxybutanone be effectively reduced, but also the additional value of the wheat B starch is effectively increased, so that the process method has a good practical application value.
