Abstract:
A processing method for a strengthening engine chain is provided. Using the following technical solution, the following steps for strengthening processing are performed, after pretension processing is performed and the chain end product is formed by looping: 1. installing the whole looped chain(2) on a hydraulic tensile machine; 2. loading a tension force(F) to the chain(2) slowly; 3. When the tension force(F) reaches the strengthening demand, maintaining the strengthening tension state for 30 seconds; 4. unloading the tension force(F) of the chain. After pretension technical processing is performed and the chain end product is formed by looping, strengthening processing is carried on for the weak link of the looped chain, the wear resistance performance and the fatigue resistance performance of the engine chain are improved, and the service life of the engine chain is prolonged.
