Abstract:
A processing process for a lengthened cutter, comprising the following steps: 1) steel material blanks undergo cylindrical polishing, heat treatment, acid bath, drying, and groove cutting and respectively are made into a lengthened cutter blank and a lengthened handle blank; 2) delivering into 12.5 parts by weight of deionized water 3.5 parts by weight of diethanolamine, 2.5 parts by weight of polyacrylamide, 0.8 parts by weight of borate, 1.7 parts by weight of polyvinyl butyral resin, stirring and mixing fully, and then sequentially adding 1.3 parts by weight of boric acid, 2.6 parts by weight of cellulose hydroxyethyl ether, and 2.9 parts by weight of oleic acid amide, and then fully stirring evenly to produce a grinding and cutting working fluid; 3) grinding and cutting the cutter blank, and using the grinding and cutting fluid during the grinding and cutting process; 4) heating with a light wave and removing heat stress; and 5) welding together the processed lengthened cutter and the lengthened handle. With the manufacturing method for the spiral cutter, the cutter so manufactured is provided with an increased surface quality and an extended service life.
