Abstract:
According to the present invention, when performing a piercing process of piercing a sheet metal to manufacture a first product, an optimum scattering angle calculation unit (213) calculates an optimum scattering angle optimal for scattering a molten metal, without causing the molten metal to adhere to an approach and to a processing path of a second product located in a search region centered on the center of the pierced portion. A program creation unit (214) creates a process program by adding, to a code for manufacturing the first product by cutting the sheet metal, an auxiliary code indicating that when piercing the first product, the position inside an opening of a laser beam emitted from an opening of a nozzle attached to a tip of a processing head is displaced from the center of the opening in an angular direction of the optimum scattering angle.
